The mood tracking feature allows you to record your emotional state daily. Simply select the mood that best represents how you're feeling, and optionally add notes about what influenced your mood. Over time, you'll see patterns in your emotional wellbeing through the emotions chart on the main dashboard.
In the chart section you can view charts for each mood state and a combined state averaging all emotions each day. Each data point is clickable taking you to that days entry or entries, enabling to gain more insight into your emotional states.
Yes, Mindful Journal has full offline functionality. All your journal entries are stored locally on your device, allowing you to write and reflect without an internet connection.
